Stephen Allen has spent more than ten years putting down roots in Hanahan — raising his kids here, coaching from the sidelines, and watching this town grow into the place his family calls home.
By trade, Stephen solves problems for a living. As a cybersecurity analyst holding an active Top Secret clearance, his job is to catch issues early, stay calm under pressure, and get things fixed right the first time — no shortcuts, no excuses. It's the same standard he's bringing to City Council.
He's not running because he has all the answers. He's running because he believes the best answers come from actually listening to the people who live here — and he's ready to do that work, one conversation at a time.
